We were enriched by community today as we celebrated Saint Dominic’s Feast Day. As Sister Connie Kelly, OP shared in her reflection: “We live in an era when myths and false information are proclaimed as truth, while what is true is often ignored or dismissed as inconvenient. Each one of us in this chapel, on livestream, everyone, everywhere, must have the actual knowledge of truth and is then called to sow the seeds of truth, now and always. Let us plant seeds of truth! Let us plant seeds of life, love, peace, and Hope!”
After our service, we shared a festive meal complete with trivia about Saint Dominic and an ice cream sundae bar. We wish all a blessed feast day; may we continue to preach the Gospel in the tradition of Dominic.
