    Thank you for creating this podcast. As I walked outside in the sunlight with my ear buds in, listening to the music, I knew the sun was above me, shining down on the beloved earth—all over. It singled me out and shone on my back and penetrated my being. I didn’t see it, I felt it. The words that I heard were: “I have your back.” The experience of the Sunlight of the Spirit penetrating into my being was heartfelt because that is where it settled. I’m filled with gratitude. My gratitude blossoms into joy. Now I am free to spread joy to those I meet.
